Pro se plaintiff Kelly Green sued the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (“AFL-CIO”) and Mark Zobrisky, his supervisor at the AFL-CIO, alleging discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12111 et seq., breach of Green’s employment contract, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination.
