MEMORANDUM OPINION

PETER J. WALSH, Bankruptcy Judge.

This opinion is with respect to Debtor’s motion to reopen (Doc. 14). 1 Debtor has requested that the Court: (1) reopen her Chapter 7 case; (2) find her ex-husband in contempt of both the Court’s June 16, 2000 order discharging Debtor and the 11 U.S.C. § 524 discharge injunction; 2 and (3) sanction the ex-husband or his attorney for their conduct in obtaining a modification, in the Court of Common Pleas for Adams County, Pennsylvania, of a divorce property settlement.
