The matter before the Court is the Motion to Remand filed by Susie Fern Rife, the Plaintiff, requesting this Court remand the matter to the Circuit Court of Buchanan County, Virginia and dismiss and close this adversary proceeding, or in the alternative, stay this adversary proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and 1452(b).
