TERNUS, Justice.

This disciplinary proceeding stems from the desire of the respondent, Richard Kail-sen, to change professions and from his failure to attend to two clients in the process of closing his practice. These clients, Melissa Farrell and Timothy Deplanty, claim the respondent neglected legal matters he undertook on their behalf and failed to account for attorney fees paid in advance by both clients. We find the respondent has violated the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility for Lawyers and, as a consequence, we suspend his license to practice law indefinitely with no possibility…
