TERNUS, Justice.
This case comes before the court on the report of a division of the Iowa Supreme Court Grievance Commission. See Ct. R. 118.10. The Commission found that the respondent, Randy J. Hohenadel, violated the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility by neglecting two clients’ legal matters and misrepresenting the status of those matters to his clients and the court in order to conceal his actions.
