OPINION

CANNON, Justice.

Cortland Line Company, Inc. (“Cortland”), appeals from a decision of the county court at law granting appellees’ motion for partial summary judgment in a bill of review proceeding. Appellant brings eight points of error. The first and second points allege that the court erred in granting the partial summary judgment, and that the pleadings were insufficient to support the granting of a bill of review on the original cause.
