{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Poseidon Environmental Services, Inc., appeals the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas' decision to limit an adverse inference jury instruction to only two pieces of evidence and granting directed verdicts in favor of defendants-appellees-cross-appellants, Nu Way Industrial Waste Management, LLC ("Nu Way"), Pamela Johnston ("Johnston"), Georgienne Douropoulos ("Georgienne"), and Louie Douropoulos ("Louie").
