MEMORANDUM OPINION
PAYNE, District Judge.
On August 19, 1996, plaintiff, Cornelius F. Murphy, Jr., filed a Motion For Judgment in the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond, seeking damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision. Asserting the existence of diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332, the defendant, Jennifer L. Allox*a, removed the action to this Court under 28 U.S.C. § 1446.
