This is an appeal from an order of the District Court denying, without a hearing, the defendant’s motion to vacate ■ , , oorc judgment filed pursuant to Section 2255, Title 28, United States Code. The motion challenged the validity of a j'udgment of conviction entered on a plea of guilty to an indictment charging the defendant with the violation of federal statutes regulating the importation, purchase and sale of narcotic drugs.
