W. W. Coffman, joined by 15 other property tax paying voters of Knox county, brought this suit a.gainst the commissioners’ court of the county named, and the county judge, and commissioners individually, for the issuance of a writ of injunction restraining the defendants and each of them from diverting the proceeds of a certain bond issue, and from applying such proceeds to the erection of a certain bridge across the Brazos river.
