Appellees, citizens and taxpayers of Grayson county, having a financial interest in the improvement of the Celtic road hereinafter -mentioned, obtained judgment in the court below against Grayson county and the commissioners’ court of said county, appellants, enjoining the expenditure of certain funds, the result of the sale of the road bonds of the county, in the improvement of what we shall call the “Luella road,” and requiring by mandamus the expenditure of such funds in the improvement of the “Celtic road.” Appellees object to the consideration of all of appellants’ assignments of error,…
