This matter is before the Court on Ag Credit, ACA’s (“Ag-Credit”) motion for summary judgment against William and Joyce Walton (“Debtors”) for denial of a discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A) for an alleged fraudulent transfer prepetition and under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3) for failure to keep adequate records. Ag Credit further seeks to have this Court declare a $700,000 loan from Ag Credit to Debtors nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B) because Debtors allegedly made a false financial…
