This submitted proceeding is before the Court following the trial of a complaint filed by Richard E. James, objecting to the discharge of, and dischargeability of a debt owed by, the debtor, Timothy J. McCoy. The Court has jurisdiction over this proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b) and the General Order of Reference entered in this district.
