MEMORANDUM OPINION
TERRENCE L. MICHAEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
Presently at issue before the Court is the discharge of approximately $1 million in debt owed by Curtis L. Turner (“Turner”) to Richard C. Bailey (“Bailey”). The case is one involving the failed sale of a business. Boiled to its essence, what we have here is the tale of two financial statements, both given to Bailey by Turner at roughly the same time. One statement shows the business at issue to be worth almost $3.5 million. The second statement shows the business to have an even greater negative net worth. The question is one of…
