KOGER, Chief Judge.

James Edward Bachman, counsel for the debtor, appeals the Order of the Bankruptcy Court 1 which granted Bachman’s request for attorney fees in a reduced amount. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Factual Background

Craig Peterson originally hired Bach-man to represent him regarding certain sales tax deficiencies that had been assessed against him for the period of 1991 to 1997 by the Nebraska Department of Revenue.
