MEMORANDUM OPINION IN SUPPORT OF ORDER DENYING AWARD OF ATTORNEYS’ FEES AS ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE

WESLEY W. STEEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This chapter 13 case was dismissed prior to confirmation of a chapter 13 plan. Debtor’s counsel (“Counsel”) has requested the court to award reasonable attorney’s fees as an administrative expense. For reasons set forth in more detail below, the court denies the application. In summary, the court concludes that the lodestar calculation is only one factor among many that the court must consider.
