{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Ruth Linder, appeals from the entry of summary judgment for defendant-appellee, American National Insurance Company (“American National”). We affirm the trial court’s judgment in all aspects.

{¶ 2} Walter Martin had been in the insurance business for the greater part of four decades. He had worked as an agent for a number of insurance companies and had even started his own insurance business in the mid-1980s.
