WOLLMAN, Justice.
Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment entered on a jury verdict rendered in favor of defendant, contending that the trial court erred in denying plaintiff’s motions for a directed verdict and for a new trial. We affirm.
On August 13, 1971, plaintiff entered into a contract with the town of Oacoma, South Dakota, for the construction of a municipal sewage system, which included, among other things, the installation of a sewer line and a prefabricated sewer lift station.
