BOGUE, District Judge.
Roseann Thorne worked as a desk clerk and manager of a Comfort Inn hotel in Nevada, Missouri. The hotel is owned by Welk Investment, Inc., which in turn is a franchisee of Choice Hotel International, Inc. Believing that she was a victim of sexual harassment on the job, Thorne brought this case against the Defendants under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA). Mo.Rev.Stat. ch. 213. The district court 2 dismissed franchisor Choice Hotel because it found that Choice Hotel was not Thorne’s employer, and dismissed Thorne’s state law…
