MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WEXLER, District Judge.
Plaintiff David Williams commenced this lawsuit against his former employer, Kerr Glass Manufacturing Corp. (“Kerr Glass”) in New York Supreme Court, Nassau County for breach of contract and fraud in connection with Kerr Glass’s failure to provide medical, dental, and life insurance benefits upon plaintiff’s early retirement. Defendant removed the case to this Court on the basis of diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332, 1441, and now moves to dismiss, stay, or transfer the case to the Middle District of Pennsylvania. 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).…
