Plaintiff, TUC Electronics, Inc. (“TUC”), brings this action alleging breach of contract and violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”), Conn. Gen.Stat. § 42-110b, et seq., arising out of the sale of electronic power supplies to defendant, Eagle Telephonies, Inc. (“Eagle”).
