Burch, J.:

The action was one by a mechanics’ lien claimant to foreclose its liens. Various other mechanics’ lien claimants and the owner of the real estate were made parties defendant. The Wichita Loan and Trust Company, a mortgagee, was made a party defendant. The mechanics’ liens were held to be superior to the lien of the loan and trust company’s mortgage, and it appeals.
