Plaintiff alleges that on or before June 25, 1946, she reached an oral agreement with the 1 defendant under the terms of which he agreed to sell her certain property in Seaford Hundred, Sussex County, lying on the west side of the road leading from Seaford to Bridgeville and more fully described in the complaint.
