This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in a matter involving a partnership.

A résumé of some of the facts is as follows:

Plaintiff, together with a friend, Mabel Lim, orally entered into a partnership agreement with the defendant on or about November 1, 1948, for the purpose of buying income property in the city of Los Angeles. The plaintiff was a Korean national and was not learned or schooled in the English language or in the ways of doing business in Los Angeles County.
