This is a suit in equity to enjoin the defendant company from continuing .to occupy the streets and alleys of the village of Deshler with its electric distribution system. The trial court granted a mandatory injunction ordering the defendant to remove all poles, wires, transformers, cross- arms and other equipment in the streets and alleys of the village within 90 days from the date of the decree. From this order, defendant appeals.
