MEMORANDUM OPINION

ELLIS, District Judge.

In this Title VII 1 and Equal Pay Act 2 (“EPA”) sex discrimination action based on salary and raise disparities, defendant-employers BBNT Solutions, LLC and Verizon Communications, Inc. seek to set aside the jury’s verdict in favor of plaintiff-employee, Linda Lovell, through their Renewed Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law pursuant to Rule 50(b), Fed.R.Civ.P., or, in the alternative, Motion for a New Trial pursuant to Rule 59(a), Fed.R.Civ.P.
