In this ease the plaintiffs have declared upon two causes of action. The first is against the defendant Harold J. Gran-tham for an accounting and settlement of the business and affairs of a partnership owned solely by the plaintiff W. D. Casey, Jr., and Harold J. Grantham. The second cause of action is to enjoin the foreclosure óf a deed of trust on the partnership property held by the defendant Clarence Grantham.
