This case reaches the Court through our grant of a Petition for Writ of Certiorari filed by Ronald Robert Allen (Petitioner) seeking review of a judgment of the Court of Special Appeals finding no error with the evidentiary sufficiency of his conviction of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle under Maryland Code, Criminal Law Article § 7-203 (2002).
