In a Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action, the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission charged Jerry T. Jarrett with four counts of professional misconduct. A hearing officer appointed pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23 conducted a hearing and tendered to this court his findings of fact and conclusions of law. The respondent failed to appear at said hearing, in person or by counsel, and neither party petitioned for review of the hearing officer's report.
