The Respondent, Marvin E. Clanin, has been charged in a single count complaint, with engaging in conduct in violation of Rules 1.15, 8.4(b), and 8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Low. In accordance with Ind. Admission and Discipline Rule 23, the Honorable Robert L. Barnet was appointed as Hearing Officer in this case and has tendered his report which includes findings of fact, conclusions of law, and a recommendation of sanction.
