Presently before the court is Monson Savings Bank (“Bank”)’s motion for summary judgment on Counts Thirteen and Fourteen of Cheswell, Inc. (“Plaintiff”)’s Second Amended Complaint. 1 The parties agree that these are the only counts which apply to the Bank.
