MEMORANDUM OPINION
MOON, District Judge.
Before the Court is the Receiver’s September 23, 2005 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. In this Motion, the Receiver moves the Court pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to enter summary judgment as to five issues related fraudulent conveyances made as part of a Ponzi scheme. For the reasons stated herein, the Court will grant the Receiver’s Motion and enter summary judgment as to these issues.
