The defendant appeals from the judgment rendered in accordance with the attorney trial referee’s report declaring an easement to be fully enforceable and issuing a permanent injunction restraining the defendant from hindering or interfering with the plaintiffs’ use and enjoyment of that easement. The dispositive issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in failing to find that the easement terminated, by its express terms, upon the “enlargement” of the plaintiff’s home. We find error.
