In this proceeding an alternative writ of mandate was granted to review petitioner’s contention that the superior court abused its discretion and acted in excess of its jurisdiction by its order denying petitioner’s motion for a writ of assistance permitting it to collect rents upon real property condemned to petitioner by a final order of condemna tion and permitting it to occupy and manage vacant portions of said real property.
