OPINION
FOWLER, Justice.
This case involves a dispute over an agreement reached at mediation. In the trial court, appellant, Josephine Martin, contested her intent to be bound by the agreement and raised questions about its enforceability. When appellees filed motions to enforce the mediation agreement the trial court denied appellant’s request for a jury, held an eviden-tiary hearing and entered a judgment based on the agreement reached at mediation.
