BYEES, District Judge.

This is a motion for an order setting aside the attempted service of summons and complaint in this action, on the ground that the court has not acquired jurisdiction of the defendant.

The complaint alleges that the defendant is a New York corporation, operating a railroad as a common carrier, and doing business within the jurisdiction of this court; and that the plaintiff is the administrator of Mary G.
