GIERKE, Judge:

A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of murder while engaged in an act inherently dangerous to others, conspiracy to obstruct justice, willful disobedience of a commissioned officer, obstruction of justice, and wrongful discharge of a firearm, in violation of Articles 118, 81, 90, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 918, 881, 890, and 934, respectively.
