Plaintiff-appellant, Rebecca Keller, appeals from a judgment of. the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas dismissing her claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Section 201, Title 29, U.S.Code et seq., and the Ohio Minimum Fair Wage Standards Act, R.C. 4111.03, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
