TERRY, Associate Judge:

This is a personal injury action involving a pedestrian and an automobile. Appellant, the pedestrian and plaintiff below, received a favorable jury verdict at the first trial, only to see it set aside and a new trial ordered on the grounds that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence and that appellee might have been prejudiced by a reference to insurance made by appellant’s medical expert.
