The facts were stipulated by the parties prior to the hearing- on both parties’ motions for summary judgment. On November 16, 1976, appellants Stork agreed to purchase and respondent Sandra Gris-wold agreed to sell a dwelling located in Columbia County. Griswold accepted a standard offer to purchase form No. WB-1C on that date, specifying an occupancy date of January 2, 1977. According to the form, time was of the essence with respect to physical occupancy.
