Upon the trial of the action plaintiff’s counsel moved to amend the complaint so as to include therein an allegation to the effect that the purchase price of the farm was to be used for the purpose of paying off the incumbrances upon the land, and that by an oversight and the mutual mistake of the parties such agreement was not included in the written document of date of November 30th, the object of such amendment being to reform such agreement.
