MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, Senior District Judge.
On October 23, 1995, this court entered a two page memorandum and order granting the Commissioner’s motion to remand (Dk.4). That remand was a “sentence six” 2 remand. On April 10,1996, the court entered a memorandum and order that granted in part Hayes’ “Application for an Award of Attorney Fees, Cost and Expenses under the Equal Access to Justice Act” (Dk.10).
