Currently before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion to Alter Order Judgment. This Court previously denied Plaintiffs request for attorneys fees under 42 U.S.C. § 406(b). Following the denial of Plaintiffs fee request, Plaintiff filed a motion requesting the Court reconsider its prior denial of fees. Plaintiffs attorney currently has four § 406(b) fee requests pending before this Court. The Court heard oral argument on each of the four fee requests on April 27, 2005.
