The proceeding which comes under review on this record is the final accounting of Theodore P. Sheldon and John W. Breese, administrators. The accounting was first had in the probate court as the final step in the regular and ordinary administration of the estate, was taken by the appeal of Calvin Ii. Mower, claiming rights in the estate, to the circuit court, and after adjudication in that court has been brought by the appellant into this by writ of error.
