This is an appeal from the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant, Jndbr Jit Singh, appeals the trial court’s judgment entry sentencing him to an indeterminate term of incarceration.
Appellant, who was never a citizen of the United States, was indicted by the Lake County Grand Jury on August 24, 1984, on two counts of kidnapping, which constitute aggravated felonies of the first degree, in violation of R.C. 2905.01; one count of rape, in violation of R.C. 2907.02, an aggravated felony of the first degree; and one count of attempted rape, in violation of R.C.…
