As to the facts of this case, it is only necessary to state that the accused were convicted of rape of a fifteen-year-*110old German girl who was on her way-home accompanied by a young male companion. He. was restrained by some of the participants while the offenses were being committed and, in the course of some fifteen minutes, the victim was raped at least five times.
