_JjThis is an original action brought pursuant to the Arkansas Supreme Court Procedures Regulating Professional Conduct (“Procedures”), in which Petitioner Stark Ligón, as Executive Director of the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct (“Director”), seeks the disbarment of Respondent Fred D. Davis, III, an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Arkansas.
