| íThis case returns after we dismissed an earlier appeal for lack of a final order. Jenkins v. APS Ins., LLC, 2012 Ark. App. 368, 2012 WL 1943626. In this appeal, Pearl Jenkins challenges the judgment of the Pulaski County Circuit Court entered on a jury’s verdict finding that she misappropriated trade secrets and that awarded compensatory and punitive damages to APS Insurance, LLC.
