I. INTRODUCTION

This diversity case presents novel issues of law arising out of the application of the Federal Rules of Evidence to state law causes of action at the summary judgment stage of the litigation. Specifically, in determining whether Plaintiff, Rahn J. Far-ris, has produced enough evidence to avoid the entry of summary judgment for Defendants, George E.
