This is an appeal from the Superior Court’s ruling granting the defendant-ap- pellee’s, Farm Family Casualty Insurance Company (“Farm Family”), Motion for Summary Judgment against the plaintiff-appellants, William C. and Christine L. Woodward (‘Woodwards”). The Wood-wards’ claim arose out of alleged structural and cosmetic damage sustained by their home from the vibration of heavy equipment used in the construction on Route 1 near Odessa, Delaware.
